Description:
Candidates must have a BS in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. Candidates that have experience in working in a power plant environment will get first consideration. Previous Help Center, Desktop support and/or other IT related field experience desired.
Industry Standard Certifications such as but not limited to: A+, MCP, MOUS, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA strongly preferred. Experience in MS Office Applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access; other software products such as: Remedy; Active Directory; Terminal Services; Microsoft Operating Systems, including but not limited to: Windows XP and Vista; and/or hardware desired. Basic understanding of Microsoft Networking components such as DNS and DHCP is desired.
